znev\u00fdhodnen\u00fdch a mal\u00fdch farm\u00e1rov. T\u00e1to dru\u017estevne vlastnen\u00e1 po\u013enohospod\u00e1rska organiz\u00e1cia kladie d\u00f4raz na transparentn\u00fd model riadenia, v ktorom \u010dlenovia farm\u00e1ri kolekt\u00edvne prij\u00edmaj\u00fa rozhodnutia, pri\u010dom zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje z\u00e1v\u00e4zok k demokracii, zodpovednosti a spolo\u010dnej moci vo svojich oper\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. Jadrom poslania dru\u017estva je rozvoj udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fdch po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskych postupov, ako je napr\u00edklad zav\u00e1dzanie kryc\u00edch plod\u00edn s ekologick\u00fdmi aj komer\u010dn\u00fdmi v\u00fdhodami. Na podporu tohto cie\u013ea dru\u017estvo prijalo model zdie\u013ean\u00e9ho vybavenia, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euj\u00fa n\u00e1klady a prek\u00e1\u017eky pre jednotliv\u00fdch farm\u00e1rov.
