This cooperatively owned farming organization emphasizes a transparent governance model where farmer members collectively make decisions, highlighting a commitment to democracy, accountability, and shared power in their operations. At the heart of the Cooperative's mission is the advancement of sustainable agricultural practices, such as the adoption of cover crops with both ecological and commercial benefits. To support this, the Cooperative has adopted a shared equipment model, reducing costs and barriers for individual farmers.
