Groundswell builds community power through equitable community solar projects, clean energy programs that reduce energy burdens, and lead research initiatives that help light the way to clean energy futures for all. Leveraging their vast experience in implementing community solar programs, Groundswell is pursuing funding from the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, Solar for All program. Support from the Rural Climate Partnership will enable Groundswell to resource the application process and build the initial implementation capacity to deploy solar and energy storage projects throughout the Southeast.
