The Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship is a non-profit that partners with established dairy producers, universities, community-based organizations, and others to deliver high-quality work-based training in managed grazing dairy production through a federally registered two-year apprenticeship. With support from the Rural Climate Partnership, The Apprenticeship is scaling operations and advocacy beyond workforce development to build national momentum for regenerative dairy markets, pooled facilities, and market building while also supporting a strong base of invested local practitioners.
